BSVN is designed around the principle of citizen-owned data. You decide what is shared, with whom, and for how long. Nothing is sold. Nothing is advertised against.

What we collect

• Identity details you provide during BSVN ID creation (name, mobile, Aadhaar-verified address, occupation).
• Your stated needs and the assistant conversations required to fulfil them.
• Outcomes confirmed by you (eg. a scheme approved, a consultation completed).

What we never do

• We never sell or monetise your data.
• We never share your information with a partner without your explicit consent.
• We never use your data for targeted advertising.

Your rights

You can export your full BSVN data, revoke any consent and permanently delete your account from the Profile screen. Deletion is honoured within 7 days.

BSVN complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
