BSVN is built around the principle that every citizen owns the information that describes them. You decide what is shared, with whom and for how long.
What we collect
We collect only the information we need in order to serve you well. This includes the identity details you choose to provide while creating your BSVN ID, the needs you share with the assistant during a conversation and the outcomes that you confirm have reached you, such as a scheme approval or a completed doctor consultation.
What we will never do
We will never sell your data. We will never share it with a partner without your explicit consent. We will never use it for advertising of any kind, on this platform or anywhere else.
Your rights
From the Profile screen you can export your full BSVN data, revoke any consent you have given and permanently delete your account. Deletion requests are honoured within seven days. BSVN complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
