These terms govern your use of Bharat Smart Village Networks. They are written in plain language because they are meant to be understood.

Using BSVN

• You must be 18 or above to create a BSVN ID. Minors may use a guardian's account.
• Provide accurate information so the assistant can help you correctly.
• Do not impersonate another citizen, partner or government officer.

Partners

Verified service partners agree to a code of conduct: no misrepresentation, no commissions to intermediaries, no upselling. Breaches result in removal from the network and may be reported to the relevant regulator.

Liability

BSVN routes you to the right service or partner. The underlying service is delivered by the partner or government department. We will help you escalate any unresolved grievance.
