These terms govern your use of Bharat Smart Village Networks. We have written them in plain language because every citizen who uses BSVN deserves to understand the agreement they enter into.
Using BSVN
You must be eighteen years or above to create your own BSVN ID. A minor may use the platform through a parent or guardian. We request that the information you share with the assistant is accurate, so that the help we offer is genuinely useful to you. Please do not impersonate another citizen, a partner organisation or a government officer at any time.
Partner conduct
Every verified partner on BSVN signs a clear code of conduct. There must be no misrepresentation of products or services, no commission paid to intermediaries and no aggressive sales practices. A breach of this code will lead to removal from the network and, where required, a report to the appropriate regulator.
Service delivery and grievance
BSVN connects you to the most suitable service, partner or government department. The underlying service is delivered by the relevant institution. If something goes wrong, our team will help you escalate your grievance and follow it through to resolution.
